- Pâté in a PotA pot of coarse pork pâté served with rustic bread, red onion marmalade and a mixed leaf garnish.
- Chicken PotjieThis South African style dish combines chicken breast chunks and aubergine, cooked in a mildly spiced, aromatic nutty sauce with coconut. Served with rice and a poppadum.
- Mexican Vegetable Chilli and Polenta Bake (v)A chunky vegetable chilli with beans and courgettes, topped with two herby polenta cakes. Served with garlic bread and a side salad.
- Create your own Combo!Always have difficulty deciding what to choose? Combine two different items to create a meal to suit your mood. Chose from: Six Scampi Pieces, 5oz Gammon Steak, Five Tempura Prawns, Six BBQ Chicken Wings, 5oz Rump Steak, Half Rack of Ribs, Three Premium Pork Sausages.
- 12oz Ribeye SteakA treat of a steak! A 12oz ribeye steak chargrilled just the way you like it. Served with half a grilled tomato, chips and peas.
- Bramley Apple PieSlices of Bramley apples in a sweet shortcrust pastry, dusted with sugar.
- Apricot and Brioche PuddingA delicious twist on a bread and butter pudding – layers of buttered brioche and fruity apricots baked with a nutmeg infused custard.

About Us
The Cobblers Hall, situated in Newton Aycliffe, just off the A1(M) and sandwiched between Darlington and Durham, was built four years ago and has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. With its traditional ambience and stylish décor, we're a great place to share a bottle of wine or two with friends, or a perfect venue to have a quality family meal. The Cobblers Hall has a heated all-weather beer garden with smoking facilities and brand new children’s play area and patio for those sunny days. We are proud to support our local farmers and use their produce in all our speciality dishes, which we change twice weekly. The Cobblers Hall also runs a regular pub quiz so why not come give it a try? You’re more than welcome!
